Forensic CPA Society Awarded Outstanding Membership to Lingyun Xiang

On February 15, 2023, the Forensic CPA Society(FCPAS) awarded Mr. Lingyun Xiang, a Forensic Certified Public Accountant in the United States, with Outstanding Membership.

 

The FCPAS was established in 2005 as an international organization for forensic accountants. FCPAS is a national group that provides training, examination, certification, and establishes industry ethics and professional standards for forensic accountants. Its mission is to promote the professionalization and internationalization of the forensic accounting industry. FCPAS members are located in over 40 countries worldwide.

 

The Forensic Certified Public Accountant (FCPA) is a forensic accounting certification offered by the FCPAS. It is awarded to members who have undergone training, examination, analysis, and evaluation of their professional knowledge, skills, and abilities to ensure that their professional qualifications and services as forensic accountants meet the required standards. The FCPA certification is only issued to members who meet the established standards.

 

Upon certification, it will be announced to the public and business community that the holder of the designation is a registered forensic professional accountant who has passed professional certification tests and met experience standards. The program is recognized by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) and can serve as continuing education credits for national accounting professionals, such as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Government Accountability Office (GAO). FCPA professionals possess a multidisciplinary knowledge structure that includes accounting, auditing, law, evidence investigation, and computer forensics, and are skilled at analyzing accounting data to uncover clues to financial fraud. As a result, they have gained widespread recognition among medium to large enterprises, foreign companies, and private enterprises, and have a broad impact worldwide.

 

Mr. Lingyun Xiang is a well-known economist in the United States, a U.S. certified forensic accountant, an international certified public accountant, a senior public accountant of the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA), and a senior financial accountant of the Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA). He is also an outstanding member of the American Institute of Certified Forensic Accountants, a member of the International Association Of Accounting Professionals (IAAP), and a full member of the Association of International Accountants (AIA). Invited Economic Advisor of the Embassy of the Central African Republic in China, invited Chief Economic Advisor of the Embassy of the Republic of Haiti in China, invited Economic Advisor of the Republic of Liberia, and International Charity Ambassador of the Republic of Mali. He has rich experience in business model design and compliance of emerging industry finance, and is familiar with the legal status and policy environment of many countries. Mr. Lingyun Xiang is also proficient in international law, civil law, economic law, partnership law, tax law, and securities law and has won many awards and honors from authoritative organizations.
